First off, I would like to thank all of you who have helped me retweet the Steelo “Night of Dance” benefit. It’s happening tonight! If you don’t know what happened, my friend Richard “Steelo” Vasquez who is an amazing b-boy suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm (4 to be exact while undergoing through surgery) and is finally recovering. He is re learning to walk and talk again but we all believe he will make a full recovery. The dance community is putting together an amazing benefit for him this evening and all the proceeds will go to him and his family to help pay for his hospital bills. It’s really wonderful to see a community come together to help a friend in need. Performances will include Illuminate, The LXD, Super Crew, Jabbawockeez and many more!
